[ Modern Dance — Graham Technique Online Classes ]
Taught by Esteban Aranda Rodríguez, drawing on years of experience as a teacher and researcher of the Graham Technique.
In these sessions, we explore the body’s capacity to generate energy from its center of mobility: the pelvis. This source of impulse allows us to shift direction, initiate movement, and sustain a constant flow of dynamic actions. Each class emphasizes the technical foundations of the Graham Technique, combining movement analysis with physical training adapted to small home spaces. The work develops strength, alignment, placement, and expressive clarity.
