Alessandra Maistro studied Graham technique(™) for eight years with teacher Elena Albano at the Centro Studi Coreografici in Milan, where she graduated with a degree in modern dance. During her studies she took some intensive courses in Graham technique(™) and repertoire with Terese Capucilli, Christine Dakin and Elsa Piperno as well as a Summer intensive at the Martha Graham Dance School. After graduation, she completed a one-year training program in teaching Graham technique(™) with Elena Albano. She taught Graham technique(™) in Siena (Italy) for two years and, since 2020, she has been teaching Introduction to Graham Technique and Graham Technique(™) at the K Danse School in Brussels.
