OVIEDO, SPAIN
Esteban Aranda Rodriguez graduated from CENADAC (Centro Nacional de danza contemporánea de México) specialized in Graham Technique. He began to investigate the Graham Technique in Bolivia through the direction of Ana Cecilia Moreno (Pioneer of Graham in Bolivia) at the Eduardo Laredo Institute, he continued his research in Argentina with Stella Maris Isoldi, México and Italy where he became part of the staff of Tecniche di Danza Moderna directed by Caterina Rago through a scholarship with Christine Dakin from 2019 until 2021. Since 2022, he has been the Artistic Advisor, Technical Director and Summer Program Coordinator for Graham For Europe. In 2023, he joined the faculty of the Elisa Dance School in Oviedo, Asturias, as a regular contemporary dance instructor. He has conducted workshops in Bolivia, Mexico, Italy, Spain and France. He has been an independent researcher of the Graham Technique since 2010.

BARCELONA, SPAIN
Born in Venezuela, ballerina at Ballet de Maracaibo, moved to Spain in 2012. From 2013 she began to train in different dance geners, Graham technique being one of them. For several years she learned this technique at Slam Dancing Barcelona, under the guidance of Anna Arboix. It was there where she met Nya Bowman, with whom she took Master Classes of the Graham technique for several summers, and was granted with a scholarship for the Summer Intensive at Martha Graham School in NY in 2020. After her studies at the Summer Intensive, she continued her training in Graham with online classes with Amelie Bernard for a season, which led her to a second scholarship for the Summer Intensive at the Martha Graham School. All this guided her and gave her the way to take the Independent Program at the Martha Graham School in NYC. Her passion for this technique has led her to share her knowledge with other dancers, as a tool that can help them develop and grow in this art. She currently offers Graham classes at Slam Dancing Barcelona and Kdansa.

BARCELONA, SPAIN
Thanks to a scholarship by the government of Catalonia, Anna Arboix studied at the Martha Graham School in 1989, 1990 and 1991. She taught the Graham Technique in the following schools: Area, Rosita Mauri, Coco Comin, Company & Company and Slam Dancing Studio in Barcelona. She is offering workshops on Graham Technique in Barcelona.

MADRID, SPAIN
Alberto Garcia studied acting in Mexico City in the 90’s. In drama school, he learned the principles and foundations of the Graham Technique(™) with Marcela Aguilar. He then studied with other Graham teachers in Mexico City such as Rossana Filomarino, Georgina Gutierrez and Mimí Gonzalez and regularly in New York City at the Martha Graham School. In 1996, Alberto moved to Madrid and founded the dance theater company El Curro DT. He choses to train company members in the Graham Technique(™).

MÁLAGA, SPAIN
Carolina Márquez graduated from the Teacher Training Program at the Martha Graham School. She taught in international schools and universities such as New York Theatre Ballet, Webster University, Washington University, COCA and San Diego Ballet. Carolina has been working for years to maintain the legacy of Martha Graham in Spain. She organized courses and workshops of Graham Technique(™) in Madrid with former Principals Marnie Thomas and David Chase. In 2015, she got the temporary right to perform the piece "Dark meadow". In 2017, she organized the first Graham Teacher Workshop with Marnie Thomas at the Dance Conservatory in Málaga.

MADRID, SPAIN
Nuria Jiménez studied at the Martha Graham School. She holds a Higher Degree in Contemporary Dance Pedagogy from the “María de Ávila” Superior Conservatory of Dance in Madrid, earning top honors in methodology and teaching practice courses. Currently, she is a teacher of Graham-based technique in the training program at the “Carmen Senra” Dance Studio, as well as a contemporary dance instructor at the same studio. She is also part of the teaching staff for the professional dance programs at Danza 180º and Victor Ullate’s “Bhakti,” where she teaches Graham-based technique.

SEVILLA, SPAIN
Pilar Pérez studied the Graham technique(™) mainly in Spain with company members such as Carl Paris (1978-81), Tim Wengerd (1985-89) and Armgard von Bardeleben (1991). She has taught the Graham technique(™) at the Instituto del Teatro del Sevilla, at the Dance Conservatories of Sevilla, Almería, Granada and Málaga. She is currently teaching at the Centro Andaluz de Danza. Classes are also open to professionals and students with an intermediate and an intermediate advanced level.
